What is Quality Manual?
The Company shall have a Quality Manual, which states the Company’s commitment to quality and has a scope which covers the requirements of this Standard.
1 The requirements specified within the Quality Manual shall be fully implemented.
2 The Quality Manual shall contain an outline of working methods and practices which achieve the requirements of this Standard or references to where such an outline is documented.
3 The Quality Manual shall be readily available to key staff.
