What is the Quality Policy Statement?
The Company shall have a clearly defined and documented quality policy statement.
1 The policy shall state the Company’s intentions to meet its obligations to produce safe and legal products, and its responsibility to its customers.
2 The Company’s senior management shall ensure that there is communication to its management and supervisory staff of the importance of meeting statutory, legal and customer requirements.
3 The policy shall be understood by all supervisory staff and key personnel and implemented accordingly.
4 The policy shall be communicated throughout the Company, and regularly reviewed.
5 The policy should be understood by all employees and implemented accordingly.
