As I have been in international business sphere over 20 years. And I have observed that in a few occasions either the customer or the supplier is reluctant to do business. Business is win-win situation. If the supplier shows little interest, the business will be harder in every processes. I have researched every hard moments in business. There are 3 important things relate to provide quality products in international business.

The first important thing is business idea differences. Either overestimated the risks that this part insists on over high prices to balance the pre-estimate risk, or too young to estimate the risks when risks occur then they don’t consider the benefits of their customers. If this does not keep balance, the business will become harder and harder. Therefore when an importer chooses a supplier, the business idea differences of two parties must be considered at the first place.
The second important thing is the salesperson/follow-up person’s performance. Either they are not careful enough to make mistakes or they are not experienced enough or qualified to handle the problems during producing.
The third importance is that factory. For example, what items are the factory used to doing, or what the factory’s QA levels are?
You know from above that if the person is right, it even can cover the shortage of the factory. But it is sad that few bosses understand it. And they are continuing to fire the experienced salespersons and hire young graduates time to time.
