Garments Embroidery Inspection

Garments Embroidery Inspection is a quality control method that inspect embroidery panels before they are sewn into garments. As a result, the whole shipment of garments is improved in quality at FRI stage.

Embroidery is a craftwork of decorating fabric or other materials by using needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery can also assimilate other materials such as pearls, beads and sequins etc. Embroidery is usually used at the logo of garments. When you inspect garments embroidery inspection, below points need to be considered.

Garments Embroidery Inspection

  • Embroidery must be in correct design, size, colour and position
  • Embroidery must have same shrinkage as base fabric
  • Embroidery thread or yarn must be colourfast
  • The base fabric must not be wrinkled.
  • Embroidery must be well trimmed, lie flat, not pucker nor bubble
  • Embroidery stitches must be even, not too tight nor too loose
  • Embroidery stitches must be trimmed neatly
  • Embroidery stitches must conform to spec.garments embroidery Inspection
