Como realizar a inspeção de feltro?
Felt Inspection é o controle de qualidade de um material chamado Felt.
Na indústria da moda, como bonés e bolsas, o feltro é um dos materiais usados neles. O feltro é um material feito principalmente de lã e fibras animais relacionadas. É formado pelo calor, pressure or agitation, and moisture so that the fibres become interlocked and entangled, making it unnecessary to use adhesives to hold them together.
Other fibres, such as rayon or cotton, may be included in felt materials, but they are used as fillers to reduce the cost of the material. Synthetic fibres are used for synthetic felt.
Like non-woven fabrics, the density, hardness, and thickness of felt can be closely controlled and can be easily shaped, since it has no grain.
Felt has excellent shock and sound absorbency, but poor drape, low tensile strength, and usually will not return to shape when unduly stretched.
Felt inspection
Density of the felt is the key point when selecting felt, because it will loose its recovery oversized, but will have poor abrasion performance. Thickness and fibre catergories effect performance as well. Density is usually measured with the unit of g/cm3.
Felt is classified with wool fineness, density and colour. Contudo, it is also classified by strength, tensibility and capillarity in the technology.
