O que são Estrutura Organizacional, Responsabilidade e Autoridade de Gestão?
A Empresa deve ter uma estrutura organizacional, que garante claramente a função de trabalho, responsabilidade e relações de subordinação do pessoal cujas atividades afetam a segurança do produto, legalidade e qualidade são claramente definidas e documentadas.
1 Os Diretores da Empresa devem garantir que todos os funcionários estejam cientes de suas responsabilidades e que existam mecanismos para monitorar a eficácia de sua operação.
2 The Company shall ensure that levels of responsibility and accountability are clearly defined for key staff involved with product safety, legality and quality systems and these staff are fully aware of their responsibilities. There shall be appropriate arrangements in place, to cover for the absence of key staff.
3 The Company shall have a system in place, to ensure that it is kept informed of all relevant legislation, product safety issues, legislative, scientific and technical developments, and Industry/Customer Codes of Practice.
4 Job descriptions should be in place for all key staff.
