Welche Aspekte werden bei der Produktionskontrolle geprüft? Natürlich, der Inspektor überprüft, ob die Produktion in den Produktionslinien stattfindet. Er/Sie kann auch nach dem aktualisierten Produktionsplan fragen.
Die Prüfung während der Produktion kann aus vier Gründen fehlschlagen:
- Nichtkonformität mit Spezifikationen:
Alle relevanten Aspekte des Produkts (Anzahl, Komponenten, Montage, Ästhetik, Funktion, Größe, Beschriftung…) werden kontrolliert, basierend auf den Anforderungen des Käufers.
- Visuelle Mängel jenseits der AQL-Grenzen:
Basierend auf dem Stichprobenplan, der Inspektor wählt und prüft einige Produkte, und dann vergleicht er die Anzahl der Defekte mit den AQL-Grenzen.
- Vor-Ort-Test fehlgeschlagen(S):
Some simple tests can be done by the inspector in the factory (instead of sending samples to a laboratory). Zum Beispiel: a full function check, to make sure that a DVD player really “works”.
- Obviously the order could not finish in planned lead time:
The inspector can calculate how many products can be finished in one shift. And how long it takes to complete the whole order. If the calculated finish time is more than one week than contract time, the inspector need mention it in during production check report, so that the buyer know there might be a delay of the shipment.
