1) Ogni tipo di materiale richiede un campione finale dal nostro fornitore di materiali e confermato dal nostro cliente prima di ordinarlo. (I materiali insieme a ciascuno degli elementi che compongono una borsa. per esempio: tessuto/tessitura/serigrafia/ricamo/accessorio ecc . ) .
2) Per alcuni materiali, se è necessario, assegneremo il nostro team QC del dipartimento aziendale. Che è responsabile dell'ordine di monitorare la produzione del tessuto. Generalmente, we tend to try this on silk screen printing and embroidery process etc.
3) QC team of business dpt. examines the standard of the materials after they gain them from the warehouse before cutting. If the defects found on the materials are beyond the tolerance, they’d be gone back to the suppliers for commutation or ever-changing to alternative suppliers in time.

Processing Backpack Inspection:

1) Two people in the assembly line(line director and also the deputy director) strive their best to ensure their employees doing all things correct.
2) Our QC team of business dpt. examines the semi finished and finished merchandise in line , if defects found on the semi finished and finished merchandise, they’ll choose them out and return them to the assembly line for correcting.The defects will be shown to the concerned workers so that they know what the problems are.

Finished Backpack Inspection:

1) When we pack merchandise within the poly bag (common individual packing), Our QC team of business dpt. would discover the little quantity of merchandise with defects and come to the assembly line for correcting.
2) When merchandise packed within the carton, our Sales team and QC team of business dpt. finally confirm all aspects of works done properly.

Shipment Backpack Inspection:
