Welche Tests sollten durchgeführt werden, um einen Operationskittel zu bewerten??
AAMI PB70 / AATCC 42 Wasserbeständigkeit: Impact Penetration auf die kritischen Zonen und die Vorderseite des Kleides. Setzt eine Testprobe einem Wasserstrahl aus und misst die Menge, die durch den Stoff auf ein Löschpapier dringt. Bei stärker schützenden Kleidungsstücken sollte weniger Wasser in den Stoff der Testprobe eindringen, was bedeutet, Niedrigere Werte sind besser wasserbeständig.
AATCC 127 Hydrostatic Water Resistance: applies water under pressure to one side of the fabric sample and determines the pressure at which droplets form on the other side of the sample, with a solid pressure adds speed rate.Garments that are more protective should be able to withstand higher levels of pressure before droplets form, was bedeutet, higher levels are better water resistance.
Visual Surgical Gown Inspection:
ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4：AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL4.0 for minor defects
Take samples at random from the lot and perform visual inspection for every surgical gown, inspect their makes and workmanship. Garments that are better makes should have less visual defects and both Major and minor defects are within AQL levels. Considering surgical gown, minor defects could be for a reference, will not result in a failure of inspecting lot.
Checklist for surgical gown:
- Cleanness： any kinds of stain either dirty stain or colour stain is a major defect
- Seam performance: any open seam is a major defect
- Velcro and cuff stitching: any broken stitching is a major defect, but run of stitching may be a minor defect
- Unsymmetrical sleeves: it is a major defect if over 2 cm, while between1-2cm is a minor defect.
- Größenmessung: differs from normal garment, the size measurement tolerance is suggested +2/-1 cm, while +/-1cm tolerance is widely used in normal fashion industry.
