Kuidas kontrollida rõiva välimust?
Rõivaste välimuse kontroll on teatud tüüpi rõivaste üldilme kontrollimine. See on saadetise esimene ülevaatus, seega on see peaaegu kõige olulisem. Rõivaste välimus annab üldise ettekujutuse saadetise kohta, kas see on piisavalt hea või halb. See mõjutab oluliselt saadetise otsust, muidugi üldine tulemus. Seega ei tohi see ülevaatusel millestki ilma jääda.
Rõivaste välimus peab vastama saadaolevale tüübinäidisele, või disaini spetsifikatsioon. A finished reference sample is the best way to compare with. Kuid, in more occasions such a finished sample is not available except for fabric swatches or trims.
Garment appearance inspection in all respects such as
- Fabric quality of weight, Ehitus, feel etc.
- Colours
- Style
- Applique, intarsia, noolemäng, prints, embroidery where applicable
- Components/accessories/trims
- Mõõdud
- Make-up
The general appearance must be symmetrical and clean. While all parts of the garments must serve the intended purpose.
- Facings
Must be kept deep enough to prevent rolling out and showing on front side.
- Front edges
Must meet within 1cm at hem.
- Stripe/plaid match
All centre front and centre back seems must match.
- Fabric defects/shading
No visible fabric defects or damages are allowed nor hidden defects which reduce fabric/garment solidity.
No shading is allowed within the same garment nor garment sets/coordinates.
The fabric construction must not be biased, st. also after washing the fabric, garment must not be distorted.
