Choices of solutions for clients include:
1. During Production Check(DUPRO);
When the production starts, AiT will check the quality of raw materials, components and the first few finished units and make sure that work lines will be using appropriate production techniques. The DUPRO will highlight any non-conformity, thus permits timely correction and improvements before initiating the bulk of production. We may also check the packaging materials and all labelings and markings at this stage if available. We usually carry out the DUPRO check when approximately 10%-30% of the merchandise is ready (minimum 32 pieces).
2. In-line and End of line Check/100% inspection;
Is production on schedule and in conformity with your requirement? In some special cases or situations, for example in extremely busy peak seasons, you want to make sure the shipment date is in time. AiT arranges experts to the factory to track and monitor the orders for you. Check in-line production and end of line production and discuss the issues found with the factory everyday. A follow-up inspection report with professional solutions everyday will leave you “peace of mind” without hassle. We provide this service from the right beginning of production till loading of containers (Referring to loading supervision), anytime.
3. Final Random Inspection (FRI)/Pre-shipment Inspection
AiT will inspect the selected samples at random against your specifications and approved/ref. samples. This inspection involves a close examination covering such items as construction, workmanship, color, odor, measurement, weight, function, assortment, packaging, labeling marking, etc. The FRI takes place after your merchandise has been 95%(as usually 5% of increase/decrease is allowed) produced and at least 80% of the shipment packed.
4. Loading Supervision;
This service ensures that a shipment is in proper condition and in its entirety. When the consignment is shipped by container(s), we first examine the container itself and then ensure that the stuffing operation is carried out properly, namely those cartons are securely stacked and not mishandled, while make sure the quantity is exactly correct.
5. Tailor-made solution;
