How to make baseball caps inspection?
A baseball cap normally has one peak(flat or curved), 1 or 2 front panels(1 front panel is 5-panel cap and 6-panel cap with 2 front panels, 2 side panels and 2 back panels, top button and closure strap.When an inspector makes baseball caps inspection, these points must be followed.
Peak
The peak shape must be the same of reference sample, the visor stitches must be even and nice, the sandwich trim must be good.
Top button
Top button must be secured, not comes off when you pull it with reasonable force
Panels inspection
The panels must be symmetrical between right and left, the one panel front must at the centre. All embroideries and prints on the must look nice. all crown stitches must be even and straight and look nice.
Inside inspection
The sweatband must be even and with straight stitches, inner seam tapings must be secured and look nice,
Size Measurement check
Head circumference gauge must be used to check size when the closure strap is in proper postion.
